Function Indication
1、The universal dividing head is a simple indexing center, which can directly and simply index and complete the face groove and tooth processing without accessories. The 24 quick-dividing holes can complete 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 division indexing.
2、The high precision performance of the indexing head is achieved with indirect indexing plates A, B, and C. You can achieve divisions 2-50, 51-380 except prime numbers and certain other numbers.
3、The MT2 tailstock gives strong support to the workpiece being machined.
4、It will be your perfect assistant to machine the flutes of a milling cutter, cut the teeth of a gear, curved mill slots, or drill a bolt hole circle around the circumference of a part.
5、The BS-1 dividing head includes headstock, 6" 3-jaw lathe chuck, tailstock, center and driving dog, threaded back plate & 3 dividing plates. 1:40 worm ratio.
